Welcome to the Lincoln-Way Marching Band Invitational participants, families and friends.
On behalf of Lincoln-Way West High School, we would like to welcome you to the 2023 Lincoln-Way Marching Band Invitational. This event welcomes bands from throughout the area to showcase their exceptional talent and we are very excited to host you in our great community and facility. The Marching Band program at Lincoln-Way has a long and storied history of success with outstanding students and marching bands. The students learn valuable lessons not only in exhibiting outstanding individual performances, but also in the ability to learn team building and leadership skills. We sincerely hope that you enjoy the performances of all the students and the 25 outstanding Marching Bands entered in the competition today. The Munster High School Marching Mustangs have made Indiana Marching Band State Finals in ISSMA Open Class B for 11 consecutive years. The Munster High School Winter Percussion Ensemble placed 3rd in state in the 2023 Indiana Percussion Association State Finals. The Mustangs are excited to perform at BOA Grand Nationals this year for the second time in program history. Munster will be traveling to Universal Studios in Orlando, Florida in the Spring of 2024. The Munster High School Marching Mustangs have made Indiana Marching Band State Finals in ISSMA Open Class B for 11 consecutive years. The Munster High School Winter Percussion Ensemble placed 3rd in state in the 2023 Indiana Percussion Association State Finals. The Mustangs are excited to perform at BOA Grand Nationals this year for the second time in program history. Munster will be traveling to Universal Studios in Orlando, Florida in the Spring of 2024.
